Frequently asked questions
The tools
What is Voidlink?
Voidlink is a companion app for Path of Exile 1 and 2. It runs the Voidlens radar and bundles bulk map and item crafting, macros, whisper tools and trackers, with a saved profile for each game.
Is Voidlens a radar?
Voidlens is a map overlay that reads the current zone and draws the layout, monsters, chests, transitions and priced loot on top of Path of Exile. If you have searched for a PoE radar, this is that.
Do I need Voidlens, or is Voidlink enough?
Voidlink works on its own for crafting, macros and trackers. Voidlens is the separate overlay it launches for the live map reading. Most people want both, and one license covers them.
Does it work for Path of Exile 2 (PoE 2)?
Yes. Voidlink has a PoE 2 mode with its own profile, links and settings, and there is a separate Voidlens build for PoE 2. A few PoE 1 only tools are hidden while you are in PoE 2 mode.
Safety
Is it safe? Will I get banned?
We have no record of anyone being banned while using it with the radar methods and safety features it ships with. No third-party tool can promise zero risk, so I will not pretend otherwise, but the whole thing is built to keep your footprint small: a Safe Mode that limits automated actions, a Focus Mode that only acts while Path of Exile is the active window, and a written Stealth Mode setup guide that walks you through running the overlay discreetly. Run it sensibly and it stays low-key. It is for personal, educational use, and how careful you are is your call.
What is Safe Mode?
A mode that keeps automated actions limited, so nothing fires when you do not expect it. You can leave it on and still use the radar and the manual tools.
What is the Stealth Mode guide?
A setup guide that ships with the tool and walks you through running the overlay discreetly. It is worth reading during first-time setup.
Is this affiliated with GGG?
No. Voidtools is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Grinding Gear Games. Path of Exile is their trademark. This is an independent quality-of-life project.
Licensing & billing
How does licensing work?
A license is a key with a fixed term that you pay for once, no subscription. It binds to one machine at a time and allows up to three machine moves. While it is active you get every update, including the offset and data refreshes after game patches.
When does my time start?
On first activation, not at purchase. A key you buy now and activate next month still gets its full term, so grab it whenever.
Can I move it to a new PC?
Yes. Each license includes up to three machine moves, handled in the app. If you run out, contact support and we will sort it.
What payment methods do you take?
Payments are processed by Stripe, which supports major cards and common local methods. Card details never touch our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
A license is refundable within seven days if it has not been activated. See the refund policy for the details.
Setup & updates
How do I install it?
Download the portable ZIPs, unzip them somewhere permanent, run Voidlink.exe, enter your key, and point Voidlink at the Voidlens folder. The getting started guide walks through it.
Why does Windows warn me on first run?
The build is not code-signed, so SmartScreen shows an unknown publisher warning. Choose More info, then Run anyway. Voidlink also auto-unblocks the Voidlens folder for you.
How do updates work?
Voidlink updates itself and the Voidlens folder from inside the app. After a game patch shifts the offsets, a refreshed build ships and you update in a click. Your settings live in your user profile and the Voidlens data folder, so updates never wipe them.
