Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Voidtools collects when you use the Voidlink app, the licensing service, and this website. Voidlink is built to keep your game data on your own machine. We collect as little as possible.

What stays on your machine

Voidlink runs a local backend and stores your settings, calibration, macros, trackers, and license key on your PC under your Windows user profile. Your client logs, crafting configuration, and Voidlens lists never leave your computer through us.

What the license service sees

To validate a license and gate downloads and updates, our gateway receives your license key and a hardware identifier when you activate. We record activation attempts (key, machine identifier, result, and IP address) to enforce machine binding and detect sharing. We do not use this for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy terms, and we receive only what we need to fulfil and support your order.

Third-party data in the app

Some features fetch data from external services when you enable them, including trade and resource links, currency pricing, and economy data from poe.ninja and poe2scout for ground-loot prices. Those requests go directly from your machine to those services.

This website

The site is served from Cloudflare. When you check a license here, your key is sent to the license server for validation and stored only in your browser's local storage. We do not set advertising cookies. Standard server logs may record requests for security and reliability.

Data retention

License and activation records are kept for as long as the license exists and for a reasonable period afterward for support and fraud prevention. You can ask us to delete your records, subject to legal and accounting requirements.

Your choices

• Clear your saved key by signing out in the app or clearing site data in your browser.
• Disable features that call external services to avoid those requests.
• Contact us to access or delete the data tied to your license.
