End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement is between you and Voidtools and covers the Voidlink and Voidlens software. Installing or using the software means you accept it. It works alongside the Terms of Service.

Grant of license

While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on a bound machine, with the machine moves described in the terms. This license ends when your subscription lapses or is terminated.

Restrictions

• Do not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or rent the software.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except where the law expressly allows.
• Do not bypass, disable, or tamper with the licensing or update system.
• Do not share your license key or use it on more machines than allowed.

Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Voidtools retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, including all intellectual property. You own your own data and configuration.

Updates

The software can download and install updates through the gated update system while your license is active. Updates are covered by this agreement.

Your responsibility

The software automates actions and reads game state on your machine. You are responsible for how you use it and for complying with the rules of any game it interacts with. It is provided for personal, educational use.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and remove the software. Sections on ownership, restrictions, and liability survive termination.
